Our commitment to you is to provide you with service, procedures and information at all the appropriate stages of your home purchasing experience with Portford Homes.

You've signed up for your new Portford home, but what if you have a query or problem relating to your property? At the stage of handover you will be issued with a home owners information pack detailing the NHBC's 10 Year Buildmark Warranty and manufacturers' warranties for your new home.

If you have any queries, our Customer Care Department is open 9.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday, and in the unlikely event of an emergency we have a 24-hours a day/365 days a year emergency service (for plumbing, drainage and electrical emergencies only).

Our trained staff are here to help you with any questions, problems or issues that you might have, from the moment you first select your new Portford home, right through to long after you move in.
