Brand new community given green light in Rotherham


Detailed Planning permission for 210 brand new homes – which range from apartments to townhouses and detached homes - named St Edwards Park  has now been granted by Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council.
Set in a quiet residential suburb, within two miles of Rotherham town centre, Portford Homes’ flagship venture in Brinsworth will create a new community of that is sure to appeal to a host of buyers.
Construction will start on site shortly and the first phase of homes is set to go on sale at the beginning of summer 2008.
