Silver linings from £152,000 - August 10

It's fair to say it hasn't been much of a summer. Torrential rain and a Great British spirit well and truly under the weather! But all is not lost if you are a first time buyer on the hunt for your first dream home....

Wakefield is fast becoming a fashionable place to live with highly sought-after property hotspots. And as housebuilders compete to get in on the action by building a number of new homes to appeal to a mix of buyers, it is the Wakefield waterside that is really experiencing some of the most exciting changes.

As part of the massive regeneration currently taking place on Wakefield's waterfront, Chantry Square is attracting some real interest from savvy apartment buyers on the look out for the most stylish development.

And with a host of prestigious two-bedroom apartments now complete and ready to move into, first-time buyers are being given a massive leg up onto the ladder with a great incentive on the available apartments.

All you need is £50 reservation fee to start the process. With the 5% deposit paid plus stamp duty and legal fees also covered, this could mean a further saving of almost £10,000 on one of the two-bedroom apartments at Chantry Square.

The choice of flooring has also been taken care of but this silver lining doesn't stop there....with the option of either 6 months mortgage paid or a fully furnished apartment for free.....buyers would be mad not to head for Chantry Square!

"Don't waste anytime in contacting us," says Daniella Richmond-Jowett from Savills, the agents selling the apartments. "At such great prices and with a fantastic incentive, the apartments will sell like hot cakes!
"The lifestyle here promises to be something very special. Wakefield is going through a massive transformation at the moment and we are seeing first time buyers and those living alone turning to apartments as a modern way of living in stylish surroundings.
"Buyers will love the designs of the apartments at Chantry Square. Created for those with a busy lifestyle an apartment such as these is perfect with no need for gardening, an added security thanks to entry door systems and a real sense of community.''
There is a show apartment now open for potential buyers to view, giving them an insight into the lifestyle that's waiting to be enjoyed at Chantry Square and appreciate the quality of the fixtures, fittings and finish provided.

Access to the show apartment is from Portford Homes who is also currently building a choice of new homes at Chantry Square - including three and four-bedroom townhouses and four-bedroom detached.
Located adjacent to the canalside and just minutes from Wakefield's city centre prices for the apartments start from £152,000. For more information contact Savills on 0113 2201257.
