Joining couldn't be easier. Just follow these 4 simple steps:

Choice

Visit your Portford Homes development and select the housetype and plot of your choice.

Valuations

We will arrange 2 independent valuations of your existing home and agree a realistic selling price.

Reserve

Reserve your Portford home for an initial 8 weeks & we will work hard with the appointed estate agent to secure a buyer for your existing home.

Confirmed

Once you have a buyer for your present home the reservation on the Portford home of your choice is confirmed.

1. Scheme is offered on selected plots only and is subject to availability.
2. Scheme is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or incentive.
3. Participants in the scheme must use the Portford Homes appointed estate agent.
4. A full reservation of the new Portford home will only be permitted once a buyer for the dependant sale has been secured.
5. A provisional reservation of the new Portford home will be permitted for a period of 8 weeks after which the position will be reviewed. A full refund of the initial reservation fee will be provided should the arrangement be terminated by Portford Homes.
6. Portford Homes will pay the estate agents fee for the sale of the dependant property provided the client completes the purchase of the new Portford home.
