Joining couldn't be easier, just follow these 4 simple steps:

Choice

Visit your Portford Homes development and select the housetype and plot of your choice.

Valuations

We will arrange 2 independent valuations of your existing home and make you an offer based upon those valuations.

Reserve

Once we have agreed the purchase price for your existing property you can reserve your new Portford home.

Exchange

Subject to a survey of your existing home, we will proceed to an exchange of contracts within 28 days and you can relax and look forward to moving in to your new Portford home.

Terms and conditions apply:
1. Scheme is offered on selected plots only and is subject to availability and status.
2. Scheme is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or incentive.
3. Scheme requires a positive differential of 30% between the Home Exchange property and the selected plot.
4. Entry into the scheme is at the discretion of Portford Homes.
5.Clients are liable for any costs incurred prior to joining the scheme.
