Joining couldn't be easier, just follow these 4 simple steps:

Choice

Visit your Portford Homes development and select the housetype and plot of your choice.

Advice

Meet our preferred independent mortgage broker who will arrange your mortgage.

Exchange

Exchange contracts within 28 days and move in to your new Portford home as soon as it is complete.

Completion

Upon completion Portford Homes will provide an allowance equivalent to your first 6 months mortgage payments.
